Electro-mechanical Vertical Internal Push-broaching Machine in special design model RISDXM 4 x 500 x 400 with automatic loading / unloading device for max. 3 broaching stations.

Capacity:
Cycle time: 17 sec. using a broaching speed of 10 m/min.
Output on 2 broaching stations: .2 x 211 = 422 parts per hour at 100%. 

Special Features:
- Neither pit nor working platform required.
- Loading of parts outside the machine on a manual loading slide, loading height 1000mm above floor level.
- Orientating of the parts directly on the broaching stations. 
- Unloading of broached parts on a lateral feed-off conveyor.
