Finishing broaching of the side pass

Hydraulic Vertical External Broaching Machine in special design for integrating in a transferline.
Machine 1: model RASX 16 x 1250 x 400
Machine 2: model RASX 10 x 1250 x 400 with sliding table for three positions. 

Production:
Cycle time: 24,0 sec at 16/14 m/min. broaching speed.
Output on 3 broaching stations: 3 x 150 = 450 parts per hour at 100% efficiency. 

Special Features:
The clamping fixture consists of a automatic adjusting system for three different dimensions.between small-and-bigend hole.
The adjusting operation will be actuated at the operator desk.
The broach holder will be fixed on the broaching ram with a quick changing and positioning device.
